TECNITEST INGENIEROS is a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) engineering company, with more than twenty-five years of experience, focused on the development and deployment of NDT systems and Innovative ideas and products in the industry 4.0. In addition, its activity is complemented by the distribution of a complete range of NDT equipment and accessories, training, NDT Level III services (consulting, procedures writing and revisions, audit preparation, training, etc.) and technical advice when required.

TECNISTES´s activity addresses all industrial sectors and comprises all NDT methods, paying special attention to the use of advance technologies and innovation. The highly skilled personnel of the company have sufficient capacity to design and develop own systems, fully assuming the mechanics, electronics, and application software, allowing TECNITEST to offer a full and inclusive service from application query to execution and beyond. In this way, in recent years has included in its developments advanced robotics, automation and artificial intelligence techniques, among others.

TECNITEST has been awarded with the Innovative SME seal by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. This seal is a recognition to companies that have demonstrated their character and innovative spirit and ability over the years. Thus, TECNISTEST has been participating in different national and European Research and Development projects, specifically related to Non-Destructive testing applications and techniques. Since the 7th Framework Program, can be highlighted more than 25 projects, 17 of which are international in cooperation with research centers, universities, small and medium companies, and large organizations, developing in the last five years the following:

· Evolution of co-curing in Prepreg Materials (2022-2024)

· Conical section panel of Fuselage with frames, beams and strings co-cured (2021-2024)

· New Optimized Empennage with Advanced Technologies for laminarity integration (2020-2024)

· Modular Robot for the control of thicknesses and welding (2020-2023)

· Robotic Ultrasonic Spot-Welding testing and control system (2018-2021))

· Generation of ultrasonic images of complex geometry parts using industrial robots. (2018-2020)

· Robotic NDT system with air coupling and shearography (2018-2020)

· Fully automated laser guided inspection robot for weld defect detection on ship hulls. (2016-2019)

· Ultrasonic Phased Array Non-Destructive Testing and in-service inspection system for high integrity polyethylene pipe welds with automated analysis software (2016-2019)

Among other results, has special interest a patent that the company has obtained, together with ITEFI-CSIC (Institute of Physical and Information Technologies), about a system to provide robots with 3D acquisition synchronisms (ES2923108B2). TECNITEST is currently in the process of obtaining a second patent.

Tecnitest Ingenieros es una empresa de ingeniería de Ensayos No Destructivos (END) con más de 25 años de experiencia en el diseño y fabricación de sistemas con las últimas tecnologías, incluyendo el uso de robots industriales y el desarrollo de modelos propios de IA (Inteligencia Artificial), con el objetivo final de optimizar y facilitar los procesos de inspección y evaluación de la calidad de materiales industriales, tanto metálicos como compuestos (fibra carbono).

Tecnitest Ingenieros dirige su actividad hacia diferentes sectores abarcando todas las técnicas de inspección no destructiva, prestando especial atención a las últimas innovaciones en el sector, así como ofreciendo servicios de nivel 3 y consultoría. Dispone de capacidad de diseño propio en mecánica, electrónica y desarrollo de software a diferentes niveles, integrando equipos industriales de END de elevadas prestaciones y garantizando tanto la necesaria asesoría técnica (diseño de proyecto, puesta a punto e instrucción) como el servicio de mantenimiento y calibración, cuando se requiere.

Tecnitest Ingenieros cuenta con una gran provisión de equipos propios para su utilización en las diferentes técnicas de ensayos no destructivos: ultrasonidos, corrientes inducidas, inspección visual, líquidos penetrantes, partículas magnéticas, radiografía, Shearografía. Además, posee un laboratorio acreditado para la calibración de equipos de END y con personal cualificado con niveles L1 y L3 para las técnicas de ultrasonidos y corrientes inducidas.
Sus instalaciones cuentan igualmente con todo el equipamiento necesario para realizar los procesos de calibración necesarios según los estándares más relevantes del sector.

Tecnitest Ingenieros cuenta con el sello de PYME Innovadora, así como la certificación ISO 9001 y ISO 9100. Adicionalmente y como resultado de su capacidad de innovación en los diversos proyectos de I+D desarrollados, la empresa ha conseguido, junto al ITEFI-CSIC, la patente de un sistema para dotar a los robots de sincronismos de adquisición 3D.

On 2019 May 31st, the international cooperation R&D project called ROBUST (robotic ultrasonic spot weld testing system), a joint effort by TECNITEST INGENIEROS and TOFAŞ TÜRK OTOMOBİL FABRİKASI A.Ş., has been awarded the EUREKA Label.
